Agata began her carrier in 2000. Posseses reliable professional experience gained both in reputable law firms in Cracow and Warsaw (recently at the rank of partner at Forystek & Partners) and as in-house lawyer of enterpises being parts of international capital groups (COMARCH, TELE-FONIKA KABLE ).


Her professional interest is concentrated around the strategic and every-day legal advisory for enterprises. Agata has 18 years of experience in negotiations of international and domestic commercial contracts. She was responsible for complex and vast crossborder projects in the domain of aviation, hospitality industry and industrial property. Participated in numerous projects in the area of corporate law (M&A).


Experienced in legal services related to IT, in particular with respect to software implementation, software copyrigts licensing and transfer and SLA.


Studied at the prestigious Jagiellonian University in Cracow, as well as at the Columbus School of Law in Washington and Université Montpellier I.

LLM in French commercial law (Université d’Orleans).

In 2009/2010 completed the programme preparing to the representation of Clients before the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. In the framework of the programme she obtained from Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Paris a diploma "Français Professionnel Juridique" certifying fluency in Legal French.   


Speaker at numerous international conferences and seminars, among others organised by Polish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Cracow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Lyon, Escuelas de Práctica Jurídica, Association Droit & Commerce in Paris.


Author of publications in lega reviews.


Passionate equestrian. Practises yoga and loves skiing.
